The service mark Sustainability Core Advisors, the Sustainability Core Advisors logo and the tagline, ‘Fractional Sustainability Strategist” or “Sustainability Strategists For The Mid-Market” (“Sustainability Core Advisors marks”), are the service/trademarks of Sustainability Core Advisors and may not be used in any manner without prior written consent from Sustainability Core Advisors, including as a metatag, hyperlink or for keyword based advertising. No logo, graphic, sound or image from the Sustainability Core Advisors website may be copied or retransmitted unless expressly permitted by Sustainability Core Advisors. Any use of the Sustainability Core Advisors Marks has to be with the prior written permission of Sustainability Core Advisors and in accordance with its Brand Use Guidelines.
Fair use of Sustainability Core Advisors Marks
“Fair use” of trademarks allows third parties to make reference (text ONLY) to Sustainability Core Advisors Marks. While fair use allows use of or reference to Sustainability Core Advisors Marks, it is necessary that the usage be truthful, not disparaging to Sustainability Core Advisors, and does not mislead the public. Limited License

If any provision of the Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
International Users and Choice of Law
These Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed by the laws of State of Colorado, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Sustainability Core Advisors and you with respect to your use of the website. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the website must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Agreement or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect the intent of the Agreement, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force.
